What do you like most?
What I like most about The Digital Hotelier is how easy it is for our guests to browse menus and place orders by simply scanning a QR code. The platform is reliable, easy to manage, and the team is always responsive and helpful. A special thanks to Kazelyn for always being there whenever we need support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One feature I would love to see in the future is an integrated payment option within the app. Giving guests the ability to pay their bill, split payments, and leave a tip directly from their phone would make the experience even more seamless and position The Digital Hotelier as a complete dining solution.
