What do you like most?
Revbell makes our daily revenue management much more efficient by centralising the key information needed to analyse demand and optimise our pricing strategy. Its AI-powered assistant, Nancie, provides valuable insights that help us interpret data and make better-informed decisions. I also particularly appreciate the personalised support and the fact that the platform is continuously evolving, with regular improvements and new features based on users’ needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be the frequency with which the system reacts to changes. It would be very useful if Revbell could analyse new bookings, cancellations and market fluctuations in real time—or several times throughout the day—rather than updating its recommendations only once a day. This would allow revenue managers to respond more quickly to sudden changes in demand.
