The support and developer from WINCLOUD is very fast respond and always give us the good respond. All our request always receive positive responses and they are willing to grow together in the hotel business, which is increasingly fast-paced and competitive with other systems
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Wincloud must continue to develop and follow the local business processes adopted by the hotel. So far, the shortcoming of WINCLOUD is its lack of localization to the needs of the hotel system market.
