What do you like most?
We've been working with Journeytok for several years and have witnessed the constant evolution of their tools and services. Our collaboration began with Wifreezone, initially as a solution for managing our clients Wi-Fi connections and as a CRM. Thanks to them, we took our first steps into the world of automation, creating our initial workflows for online reputation management, welcome emails, and email marketing campaigns. Over time, the relationship has grown and evolved toward increasingly advanced solutions, to the point where we've automated virtually our entire customer communication flow through WhatsApp. One of the aspects we value most is the seamless integration of their tools with the rest of our technology ecosystem, which is fundamental for optimizing processes and offering a more fluid experience for our guests. Furthermore, we've always found them to be a friendly, dedicated, and helpful team, with a great capacity for listening to suggestions for improvement and adapting to the specific needs of each situation. Without a doubt, Journeytok has been an important partner in our digital transformation process, and we hope they will continue to accompany us on this constant technological evolution we're experiencing in the hotel industry.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a suggestion for improvement, we would love to participate more in co-creation spaces. Our day-to-day experience in hotel management, combined with Journeytok's technological expertise, could be a very interesting combination for continuing to develop increasingly useful solutions tailored to the real needs of the sector.
