What do you like most?
From a management perspective, what I appreciate most about HotelSync is having a clear overview of our entire operation in one place. At Jaram Resort, we manage 99 accommodation units in a highly seasonal destination, where demand and room rates can change significantly throughout the year. With rates ranging from €150 to €400 per night, having reliable availability management and the flexibility to adjust pricing quickly is essential. The combination of PMS, Channel Manager, and Yield Management makes our daily work much easier. We can manage rates and availability across different booking channels, monitor occupancy and revenue, and make decisions without constantly switching between systems or relying on spreadsheets. I also appreciate how HotelSync connects different departments. During peak winter periods, when the resort is particularly busy, having reception, reservations, and housekeeping working with the same up-to-date information makes a noticeable difference. The Booking Engine is another advantage, giving us more control over direct reservations and reducing our dependence on third-party channels. Finally, the support team deserves a special mention. In hospitality, especially during high season, quick and reliable assistance is extremely important, and having a team that understands hotel operations makes a real difference. Overall, HotelSync gives us the visibility and flexibility we need to manage a larger seasonal property efficiently while staying focused on revenue and guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see more advanced revenue forecasting and performance comparisons, especially for seasonal properties where demand can fluctuate significantly. Some of the more advanced features could also be easier to discover, perhaps through practical tutorials or examples tailored to different hotel types. The functionality is already extensive, and helping users make the most of it would be a valuable improvement.
