What do you like most?
This product is an amazing tool for connecting and communicating with past, present, future, and potential guests. It keeps all guest information organized in one place, helping staff provide the best possible response and overall guest experience. The system makes it easy to identify who needs to be contacted and responded to, quickly see which voicemails need attention, and easily call or text guests while keeping response times short. In addition, it is simple to activate the calling tree and update outgoing messages based on hotel availability. Another great feature is that it can connect directly with the Mews reservation system, allowing guest and reservation information to stay organized and easily accessible for staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is hard to make phone calls from the web browser on a phone. And there is no app, yet. An app would make it easier to use and monitor from a phone so you do not have to be tied to a computer to respond.
