What do you like most?
We've been working with Revbell for some time now, and one of the things we value most is the speed and approachability of their support team. They always respond quickly and are very willing to analyze our needs. The system is constantly evolving, and they listen to customer feedback to incorporate new features that improve revenue management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps greater customization capabilities in automation rules, as well as even smoother integration with certain PMS and channel managers. It would also be interesting to incorporate more predictive analytics and benchmarking tools to facilitate strategic decision-making.
