What do you like most?
We wanted to expand our hotel's OTAs to include the GDS system in hopes of attracting travel agents for larger group stays. Keytel seemed appealing at first given that they offered several different GDS Markets.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After 6 months of onboarding, we had gotten several spam booking and only 1 real reservation that was for a 1 night stay. We had a 1 year contract, and I attempted to cancel and asked for them to let me out of the contract which was $500/month. They declined and tried to blame my PMS performance. (We book 85+ % direct). In the end they refused to let me out of my contract. Very disappointed and would not recommend for GDS Service.
