Their hotel reservations and distribution tools streamline workflows and ensure efficiency across channels. On top of that, their marketing and SEO services have helped us boost acquisition and strengthen our digital presence, making the partnership truly holistic.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting could be more modern and flexible, with greater customisation for segment and property-level analysis. Occasionally, bookingengine load times could be faster during peak demand. While support is helpful and thorough, response times could improve compared to what we’ve experienced in the past.
