What do you like most?
I am very pleased with the cooperation with TravelLine and in particular with Gulzara. Haramova. I would like to thank this manager. Always responds quickly and helps with various issues. For example: during the pandemic, she quickly and efficiently helped to work with the personal account of the Hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If it's about the account manager, then nothing. Everything is at the highest level as usual. I wish everyone to work with professionals.
