What do you like most?
I like that it is thought to be easy to use. The reservation process through NGVA is quick and intuitive. I like that you can now add reservations and it transfers the names and CC info from the original reservation to the next. SynXis CR is easy to use, and it helps a lot when loading information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For NGVA, bring some of the features from Classic VA, like the Daily calendar for inventory, the number of space for comments should be bigger, and the Multiple rate functionality should be fixed without breaking something else. When adding 2 reservations at the same time, it would be helpful that not only the Guest name transfers to the second reservation. It would be good to have transfer IATA no. Booker info and the comments as well and the credit card. It would be easier and faster for the agents. The currency converter not always defaults to the property we are working on It should always default to the property's currency. For SynXis CR, it takes too long sometimes to load and then it crashes. It should be improved. When adding updates, it should reflect immediately, sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to see them in the system.
