What do you like most?
The autopilot helps optimizing the revenue of the hotel, the work of the RM department and gives a huge possibility of fluctuating rates in future dates that otherwise would be ignored.The forecast, after a learning period, can help in acheiving good previsions. Needs to be improved (see below). The advanced pick up is fantastic! It helps learning a lot more about your business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The forecast should be able to be "taught" manually by the RM if certain dates are out of the curve in terms of demand. This would help in creating a much assertive forecast and help the RM to show much more data to the management and owners of the hotel. Also about the forecast, the algorythm bases its previsions only on historical pick up, while a human RM uses many more parameters in order to get to a more accurate forecast. It would be a lot better if the algorythm used more data.
