What do you like most?
Our company consists of 5 hotels and 6 holiday centers with holiday apartments. Previously, we worked with a rigid price structure and fixed seasons. We have now been working with Rateboard for three years. In 2021 and 2022, we were able to increase our occupancy by specifically controlling our prices and availability and thus make better use of it. The dynamic price adjustment as demand increased also enabled us to increase sales. In order to be able to use Rateboard even better, we need to continue to refine our price structure and restrictions internally. We will now address this so that we can plan even better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment we are of the opinion that nothing needs to be improved because we are very satisfied. Looking to the future, there is no way around relying on artificial intelligence in this area as well.
