Lodgical could improve in report management. The reports need to be more customizable. For example, it would be great to group account arriving by zip code. I would add an online booking engine that communicates with lodgical. Another imporvement would be the generation of rooming list with additional guests included in the report.Lodgical could also integrate better with catering software, resturaunt point of sale, bar point of sale, and spa point of sale. Lodgical Solutions could enhance its offering by expanding integration capabilities with broader ecosystems, accommodating more third-party applications commonly used in the hospitality industry. Improving scalability to cater effectively to larger hotels with complex operations would broaden its market appeal. Enhanced mobile compatibility and a more intuitive user interface could further elevate user experience, particularly for on-the-go management tasks. Additionally, incorporating advanced AI-driven features for predictive analytics and personalized guest recommendations would modernize its capabilities, fostering deeper guest engagement and loyalty.
