- a self-service kiosk system to allow the guests to check in in about 2 mins and to check out in 15 seconds when there is no outstanding payment - friendly user interface
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To allow pre-registration so that some steps in the current check-in process at the kiosk can be skipped upon arriving at the hotel
