What do you like most?
Detailed and specific information and Manages all OTAs in just one site. COntent Managers are always helpful and have solutions for you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe an access to the extranet for general managers/guest relations managers, since they are the ones with the updated an real time information on operational/specific details that are not always on hand to the Revenue Manager/Executives. Sometimes details such as cost of phone calls or cost of nanny service or nowadays Covid-19 specifications is not an easy information to fill in since we do not manage that on the brand site.
