What do you like most?
Our management company required us to start using HotSOS so it was pretty much forced on us. That said, after the initial training, testing of the product and initial programming/customization its already been well received and is a very helpful tool for us to manage our operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While I'm pretty new to the software and need some more time for a full evaluation, I don't have anything negative that I've found yet. The one thing I would say is that the onboarding/ implementation process is lengthy and cumbersome so that would be one area to improve on.
