What do you like most?
The numbers are directly assigned to the KPIs. You can dive deep into the data with the cross filter function. The visualizations are clearly arranged with graph and chart. You get a lot of information in a very short time. It is very easy to build your own dashboard with the required data.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if you could send a dashboard or reports directly via email from Juyo. At the moment you can download the dashboard in different types of files.

Sending dashboards via email is challenging as they lose their interactivity and with that a lot of their value, we are exploring how to solve for this as we acknowledge that some type of external communication of the visualisations (beyond the export/screenshot options) is a need.
