What do you like most?
As a small company, with only 25 employees, using Netchex has saved time overall. As we know, time is money. The employees like to ability to track their remaining PTO, check history, request time off, and approve hours easily. As the payroll manager, I can send group texts, change employee information, and complete payroll quickly. The owners appreciate that our taxes are paid and reports are easily produced. The support team assigned to our account are wonderfully professional and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There was a disconnect with our state taxes and Washington Cares Act. Netchex needs to get the information directly from the source so we are not the middleman. That leads to time wasted, more people involved, and mistakes that last longer than one pay period.
