What do you like most?
We've been using EISI HOTEL in our establishments for some time now, and it has completely streamlined our daily operations. Maintenance, and soon housekeeping and reception, are all working on the same system, with real-time traceability of who did what and when. What has been most helpful are the preventative plans and the technical-legal records. Legionella, HACCP, and pool monitoring are documented instantly, which is essential when managing more than one hotel, as is our case. The mobile app works well for field staff, and the learning curve was short, even for those with less technical experience. But if you can get staff to understand it and see its potential, the results are infinitely better. Highly recommended for any chain that wants to keep all its technical services and health and safety operations up-to-date with full traceability. It also integrates with third-party platforms, and we've been able to develop internal integrations that have been very useful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At some specific times we have detected some slowness in the platform, but it is something completely minor, in no case has it caused a problem of use.
