What do you like most?
We have an advanced and constantly evolving CRM, capable of adapting to the needs of the sector. It has also integrated seamlessly with our PMS and reliably incorporated our entire database and customer history. Furthermore, it offers significant value by covering other areas, such as online check-in, a captive portal service, and a chatbot. Having all these functionalities from a single provider simplifies processes, improves data quality, and allows us to offer a much more consistent experience for both the team and the customer. But above all else, what truly makes the difference are the people. They have an exceptional team that provides close, agile, and highly professional support. They listen to and fully understand our needs, and their commitment to continuous improvement translates into the constant development of new solutions that support us and add value throughout the entire process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There's always room for improvement, and many of the opportunities we've identified are already being addressed. We especially appreciate that many of these improvements haven't come solely from our requests, but have been proactively implemented by your team. Perhaps the surveys section could be visually enhanced to offer a more engaging and intuitive experience. We'd also like to see the analytics and reporting continue to be developed to transform all the available information into even more direct recommendations and actions for the team. In any case, given your pace of innovation and the frequency with which you incorporate new features, we're confident these improvements will arrive soon.
