What do you like most?
Having, through the years working with Sabre SynXis CR, added several hotels to SynXis, what I value the most is the assignment of an exceptionally professional named implementation manager. All of them have been very professional and solution focused. In addition they have always been available and prompt in responding. They have also demonstrated to be very flexible and patient when unexpected speed bumps caused by either 3rd parties or the hotel itself occur. Over all I find the clear process and the excellent support given during new hotel implementations to be quite exceptional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At times there seems to be a lack of communication between Sabre's and third party channels integration teams and the hotel may be asked to contact the channels market managers to solve issues that one could expect would be easily achievable through Sabre's direct contacts with the channels concerned. Luckily this has occurred rarely and mostly in relation to specific channels, which may have a fame of being problematic anyway.
