What do you like most?
It is an easy-to-use tool, with manuals for each channel and personalized support. The service is excellent and the tool more than fulfills its function. We have optimized our time and work and all our operational needs are fully covered.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would improve some points in some loading manuals that are not entirely clear as they are expressed. Update the manuals.
