What do you like most?
We have struggled with several systems before where features were built in a very complicated manner forcing our company into a significant learning curve. Prostay solved all of this for us allowing for a faster staff training. The Prostay PMS simply makes all operations faster through very well thought flows. We were lucky to discover Prostay through a recommendation and it did not disappoint; starting from the complete features that we need and all the way to the comprehensive reports the system provides. The automation settings are unique and we save so much time not thinking about payment reminders or room allocations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Feature requests can be improved but we understand that not all our ideas can actually be used by everyone else.
