What do you like most?
The reporting module of the Prostay property management system is simply amazing. The amount of data they display is eye opening for any hotel owner or manager. The previous PMS system we used was not providing enough statistics and analytics to best understand our resort’s performance so after careful consideration, we decided to go with Prostay from a cost and feature point of view. The migration to Prostay was relatively easy but mostly because their team helped us with the large part and we simply had to provide the raw data. Prostay has been a game-changer for our property. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage reservations, automate guest communications, and track real-time availability. The seamless integration with our point of sale system and channel manager has significantly reduced manual work and double bookings. We also appreciate the built-in analytics, which provide us with deep insights into occupancy rates and revenue trends.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A spa management system will be helpful to have because currently we are required to do a bit of manual work. It’s not a big inconvenience but a spa system will help.A spa management system would be a valuable addition, as it would streamline our processes and reduce the need for manual work. While our current workflow is manageable, having an automated system would significantly improve efficiency and organization.
