What do you like most?
Sweeply gives us a tool, which lets us assign and efficiently clean our rooms at the most cost reducing way. We are now able to streamline our staff communication and thus be faster for everybody to get their task done. Sweeply lets us assign rooms fast and easy, gives us a reporting about the room status and our staff and also let's our housekeeping team schedule on their own. The easy and fast integration in our PMS tool fives us the opportunity to collaborate better and be able to fulfill a guests request more reliable. Our housekeeping can chat with the maintenance staff and also communicate in a picture-heavy way, so we ensure everybody is on the same page, when it comes to fixing issues in an efficient and effective way. We can customise our procedures, statuses and intervals so easy, even my grandfather(83) is still working with it on a daily basis. The App installs on smartphones and thus is usable by all of our staff. They can see, which rooms need to be cleaned, which guests need attention or where to fix up something. And all of that is possible from anywhere, so we can actually schedule our houskeeping staff from remote and therefore are able to give the team a little bit more time at home.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sweeply is a fast and reliable growing app, the functionalities are amazingly well and great to use. In regards of what could be done better, I think a multi-language introduction video of the software would be amazing. For us, Sweeply is an amazing solution with a great view of what housekeeping really needs.
