What do you like most?
UpperKey boosted our ADR's greatly over the course of a year, brining in more profits. They helped us to optimise our pricing strategy with upselling, fees and more. Their operations team are some of the best in the city and are really efficient when it comes to tackling maintenance and cleaning, not to mention unforeseen circumstances. For a boutique hotel owner, this is the way to go.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see a more detailed reporting system from them to see exactly what was done each month in terms of occupancy, rates and guests. Overall we are satisfied with this partnership.
