What do you like most?
We use UpperKey to manage our portfolio of property investments, helping to ensure the properties stay rented so mortgages can be paid. With their above-market rental rates, investors are able to pay off their mortgage in a fraction of the time compared to renting out to a normal tenant (not to mention the time spent to find one).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to see UpperKey develop a better portal for property owners to consult their monthly earnings and check the property vacancy. This is something they have in the works already and should be revealed to us in 2023.
