What do you like most?
Having the PMS and channel manager in one system saves our reception team a lot of time every day, and the revenue reports have become the basis for our pricing decisions and year-over-year analysis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is room for improvement in the property management reporting, which seems to have been designed for other markets. For a management company in Montenegro, owner statements should handle local requirements better: VAT (PDV) on management fees, city tax, OTA commissions and card fees, so we can produce owner reports directly from HotelSync without reworking the numbers in spreadsheets.
