What do you like most?
Extremely approachable and honest. They’ve taken the time to understand the many facets of our business and always respond quickly with updates. Our two-year partnership has provided a strong data foundation and a reliable baseline for analysis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to develop our AEO, and while this is an area they seem to be exploring and can advise on generally, they have not yet made it available as a service.
