What do you like most?
No need to be there and manage access unless you arrive early or depart late. Harold provided excellent service and follow-up, which freed up more time for us and seemed to be appreciated by customers, especially those who are comfortable with technology.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Find a way to know exactly when a customer is leaving for their final departure. Have the ability to verify customers and their ID with a photo upon arrival.
