It automatically adjusts room rates multiple times a day based on real-time market demand and competitor pricing, which has helped many properties see a noticeable boost in ADR (Average Daily Rate) without manual intervention. Intuitive "All-in-One" Interface: Unlike legacy systems that feel cluttered, Aiosell's dashboard is modern and easy to navigate. Users frequently mention that training new staff takes very little time because the layout for the PMS, channel manager, and booking engine is so straightforward. Highly Responsive Support Team: One of the most praised aspects is their customer service. Whether through WhatsApp or direct calls, the support team is known for being quick to resolve issues and even assisting with complex API integrations or setup queries.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Mobile App Functionality: While there is a mobile app for on-the-go management, it isn’t as robust as the desktop version. Users have noted that certain tasks, like adjusting reservation blocks or modifying prices in new bookings, can be tedious or even impossible to do from the app. Report Customization & Depth: The standard reports provide good high-level data, but some users feel the financial and MIS (Management Information System) reports need more granular "slice and dice" capabilities. Having more detailed descriptions for revenue options would help in deeper strategic planning. Occasional Sync Delays: Although the channel manager is generally reliable, some users have reported intermittent delays in real-time synchronization with certain OTAs. Strengthening these connections to ensure 100% instant updates across all platforms would further reduce the small risk of overbookings.
