The platform could be further enhanced by providing hotels with greater flexibility and control when creating customized promotions and complex menu structures. For example, additional options for configuring set menus with multiple courses, selectable items, add-ons and different pricing combinations would make the system even more useful for hotel restaurants. A more advanced reporting and analytics dashboard would also be beneficial. Detailed information about guest engagement, most-viewed menus, popular items, ordering patterns and promotional performance would help hotel teams make more informed operational and marketing decisions. It would also be useful to have additional self-service design and customization tools, allowing hotels to adjust layouts, promotional banners, categories and visual elements more independently while maintaining brand consistency. Features such as bulk menu uploads, easier item duplication and a preview function before publishing would further improve efficiency. These are opportunities to make an already strong platform even better.
