What do you like most?
1. True Automation with Control The system delivers pricing recommendations based on demand, competitor positioning, and booking pace, while still allowing room for strategic adjustments. It doesn’t feel like a black box. The reasoning behind rate changes is clear, which makes it easier to trust the recommendations and act on them. 2. Time Savings Daily rate checks and competitor analysis used to take a significant amount of time. With Pricing Coach, most of that process is automated. This allows more focus on strategy and performance review instead of manual data collection. 3. Demand Forecasting & Market Insight The forecasting tools provide a solid overview of upcoming demand trends. High-demand periods are identified earlier, and softer dates are easier to manage proactively. This has brought more structure and confidence to pricing decisions, particularly during shoulder and low seasons. 4. Revenue Impact Since implementation, improvements have been noticeable in both RevPAR and occupancy during need periods. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Additional reporting features would further strengthen the platform. For example, more advanced reports such as displacement analysis would be valuable for deeper strategic evaluation, particularly when assessing group business versus transient demand. That said, the development roadmap appears active, and there is confidence that these types of analytical reports will be introduced over time. The core pricing and forecasting functionality is already strong; expanded reporting would simply enhance the strategic layer of the system.
