What do you like most?
Neobookings is much more than a booking engine. Our hotel group started with their Call Center module, and the change has been radical: the automated billing rules have saved us countless problems and, above all, eliminated the no-shows that were so detrimental to us during peak season. Key points to highlight: 1. Innovation: Their AI roadmap presented at FITUR is promising for streamlining our work. Support: The personalized and direct service is unbeatable. 2. Reliability: A system that solves real billing and operational problems. A dynamic tool with an incredible team behind it. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We still have some ideas for refining the engine's filters, but it's very reassuring to know we have a team that listens. We're confident that if our suggestions provide real value, they'll eventually become part of the tool, because at Neobookings, growth is a collective effort.
