What do you like most?
Overall, we are very satisfied. What we like most is that it greatly facilitates communication with our clients from the moment they make their reservation until after their stay. Confirmations arrive quickly and professionally, and the guest feedback system helps us understand their experience and identify areas for improvement. Furthermore, it is an easy-to-use tool that saves us time on a daily basis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see even more options for personalizing messages and adapting them to different types of guests (repeat guests, families, special offers). Overall, we are happy with Journeytok and believe it is a tool that benefits both the hotel and our guests.
