What do you like most?
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who is 24/7 ready to assist us. We called them in the middle of the night or at commercial hours and their team was able to work out any software or physical door lock issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
EntryReady team interacts with our hotel staff all the time to follow up and fix any issue, even remotely, which is very helpful.
