What do you like most?
We took on DailyPoint as Hotel CRM and Email Marketing tool and I am very happy about the variety of solutions the company provides AND especially the professional and personal support and guidance during the set-up process. Easy to understand online help is also available and provides a full-service experience for us and our high end customers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We will be facing some system updates in the future and I hope that DailyPoint will keep its promise to be accessible and adaptable to a variety of upcoming tec installations.
