What do you like most?
Our employees have embraced the product faster that I could have imagined. Key to our success is a willing partner who truly listens to our feedback and works with us to make the solution as useful as it can possibly be.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the early days, the solution had a number of deficiencies/bugs that we identified during our pilot, but the RoomChecker team was eager to help us resolve these issues. We are now on track to deploy the solution at all twelve of our properties.
