What do you like most?
PriceLabs has been a game changer for our business. The platform offers all the necessary tools to adjust rates in real time based on market trends, demand and the properties' specific needs. What I like the most is the insightful analytics, which really help us make informed decisions. Additionally, the customer support is fantastic and they’re always ready to help us solve issues quickly and even assist in evaluating new strategies. Overall, PriceLabs has made a significant positive impact on our revenue management!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are regular updates that keep improving the platform, although sometimes the speed can be a bit slow. Personally, I still prefer using the desktop version over the app for my computer, as I find it quicker.
