What do you like most?
We are very satisfied with AAVGO’s back office, accounting, and front desk functions. Pankti and her team provide a comprehensive approach to our operations all while maintaining the quality and effectiveness our brand stands for.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the future we’d like to see more KPI come from the maintenance technology such as QR code generation for tickets, and tracking time for completion of incoming maintenance tasks.
