Nothing to be honest. The Channel Manager is nothing special and as stated the customer service one of the worst.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The customer support and service is probably one of the worst I have experienced. It takes days until you get an answer. They only raise tickets and nothing happens - not recommended at all. I have worked with many other channel managers where the support is much better and more effective. Very poor service ...
