What do you like most?
The In Room Dining feature, the guest facing app is solid. The guests were able to easily navigate and make the requests themselves without having to educate or assist. The TeamStream app is very convenient for the team collaboration and for the easy communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personally, I felt the speed of the mobile app could be improved. But it could be only for us, since we had a complicated setup.
