What do you like most?
We love that DHL comes to our hotel to pick-up the packages. Before we always had to go to a post office ourself and this saves us so much time and effort. We also really like that the guest has the responsibility to fill out the form online about whatever they lost. Before we had to take care of this and it would always be difficult to keep a organized system with this. The system also works so easy and every staff member can work from their own account. This makes asking questions about a specific item much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our guests do give us the feedback sometimes that they find the shipment too expensive. I guess it also depends what they want shipped. If it is something small they pay the same as when the item is a big bigger. From our side I couldn't think of anything to improve, we absolutely love Faundit.
