What do you like most?
It's much more comprehensive than I initially expected. In addition to managing multiple OTAs and synchronizing the occupancy calendar, prices, promotions, photos, features, and more, it allows for invoicing, owner settlements, maintenance, housekeeping, police reporting in the Ministry's new app, messaging, emails, and that sort of thing. It's also allowed me to integrate a booking engine into my pages and a website so owners can track reservations and income. And I recently discovered online check-in, guest reservation management, and the use of a magnetic key. And all in one place. With a phone app, which is very interesting and visual. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In fact, they're currently in beta, with a more visually-friendly version. Yes, it's certainly capable of improvement and expansion, because vacation management needs are expanding.
