What do you like most?
Been a Hoteplus customer for more than 5 years now. I am really pleased with the offering and my guest really appreciates the essential hotel information and the choices of entertainment. - Easy installation process. - Wide variety of global channels. - Easy configuration that can be done by the hotel staff without the need for technical support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Looking forward, I would suggest the following improvements: 1. Micro-servers: in case a hotel is slowly renovating and adding Hotelplus to each services, it would be more attractive to install smaller (and less costly) servers to support a small batch of pilot rooms, and have no need to do a full installation that is the same regardless of the amount of rooms. 2. Less TV Channels, more streaming: As people are turning more into streaming rather than channels, a hotel should offer its guests a way to stream their favorite entertainment, and Hotelplus is uniquely placed to offer this service.
