What do you like most?
We use the whole platform and can therefore avoid relying on various partners in our tech stack. The SoftTec Cloud Hoteloftware combines all the necessary products for a successful hotel. We use the IBE and the integrated channel manager. With the checkin-kiosk, the guest app and SoftTec Payment, we have the entire guest journey from a single source.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support is exceptionally good. There is nothing to complain about in terms of people or product. If we had one wish, it would be great if SoftTec also offered its own locking system. That is currently still missing.
