What do you like most?
Whenever I have an issue, the support team are really quick t o respond. The booking engine is easy to use and the analytics easy to access with clear pace reports to aid with forecasting. The channel distribution with Siteminder also works very well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are a couple of minor ways to make it quicker when loading rates which I have fed back to the team and so hopefully they might be included in a future release.
