What do you like most?
They have quick customer support response time. They take feedback for the RMS onboard. The platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Mobile app capability? Also the automated pricing model needs some tweaking. I would also recommend the group pricing module be customizable as sometimes it gives too heavy of a discount off BAR and seems to go lower ADR when the group size increases, which is not supposed to be the case in revenue management.
