What do you like most?
The RezControl team are easily contactable and happy to provide support & guidance. The PMS includes lots of features that are easy to personalise and implement. The training links are helpful and have reduced time needed training staff. Guests find the online check in and check out feature easy to use with little or no input from team members.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Regular system updates are constantly improving RezControl to make it better and better. RezControl has made our team more efficient than previous PMS.
